Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und die Ausstattungen sind ähnlich wie bei allen unseren Zimmern, wenn du unser Profil anschaust. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der perfekte Platz für Young Professionals, Studenten und alle die eine zentrale Location suchen. Der schöne Altbau ist in einer ruhigen Straße, hat eine perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ist stadtnah. Eine Vielzahl an Geschäften ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein großzügiges und praktisch eingerichtetes WG-Zimmer schafft eine „Wohlfühl“-Atmosphäre, sobald Du das Zimmer betrittst. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf steht Dir ein Boxspringbett mit den Maßen ca. 1,40m x 2,00m zur Verfügung. Außerdem findest Du einen Kleiderschrank für Deine Garderobe, einen Tisch und Stuhl für Arbeit oder Studium, einen Sessel oder Sofa, ebenso wie einen SMART TV (55 Zoll) für Deine Unterhaltung. Bettwäsche, Kissen und Bettdecke sind schon vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen privaten Balkon mit Tisch und Stuhl. Die Küche ist perfekt, um hausgemachte Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Teil der Ausstattung sind Waschmaschine mit Trockner-Funktion und Spülmaschine. Ein Raumkühlungs-System (Supreme Havanna Cooling System®) sorgt an wärmeren Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen und kühle Luft. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäscheständer sind ebenfalls vorhanden, damit Du immer top aussiehst. Um die Sauberkeit zu gewährleisten, stellen wir Dir einen Staubsauger und Eimer mit Wischmop zur Verfügung. Ein regelmäßig kommender Reinigungsservice sorgt dafür, dass der Flur, die Küche und das Bad auch immer sauber bleiben. Bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses wird eine administrative Pauschale in Höhe von 25% des Mietpreises von der Kaution abgezogen, sofern der Mieter die Wohnung ordnungsgemäß gereinigt übergibt. Erfolgt keine Reinigung durch den Mieter erhöht sich die administrative Pauschale auf 40% des Mietpreises, die von der Kaution abgezogen wird. Die Kaution ist 2x die Miete zuzüglich den Nebenkosten und wird nach Vertragsabschluss an uns direkt überwiesen - vor Einzug und Schlüsselübergabe.
